Bridging Weekend
This is a special time for Girl Scouts that are ready to move to the next Girl Scout level. Share in the magic of camp in a bridging that signifies the accomplishments and the adventures that lie ahead of each Girl Scout. A celebration at camp would not be complete without a cake just for you! Join us for your next step in Girl Scouts. Open to levels: Daisy (K-1), Brownie (2-3), Junior (4-5), Cadette (6-8), Senior (9-10), Ambassador (11-12). Ranch House Cabins pricing below. The weekend includes four meals, starting with breakfast on Saturday and ending with breakfast on Sunday. All weekend camps must have proper youth-to-adult ratios. Open to Troops and individual Girl Scouts with parent/guardian.
**Pricing for Weekend Camps**
Every camper should have the opportunity to attend camp, regardless of their financial situation. The three-tiered pricing program allows troops and families to see the actual “per participant” cost (Tier 3) to operate Camp Scherman for Weekend Camps and choose from the three pricing options. Please select the pricing tier most appropriate for your family and or troops' financial circumstances. All participants will have the same unforgettable camp experience, regardless of the pricing tier.
Ranch House Cabin pricing:
- Tier 1 = $200
- Tier 2 = $230
- Tier 3 = $265
All volunteers attending weekend camps must complete a fingerprint-based background check and an online Mandated Reporter Training.
If you have not completed this process, email customercare@girlscoutsoc.org and put Mandated Reporter Training and/or Fingerprinting in the subject line.
The only exception to this is if you’re coming to weekend camp as a parent/guardian and camper pair and are not supervising campers who are not related to you in any capacity, you do not need to complete fingerprinting and Mandated Reporter training requirements.
