Camp activities will be geared around prehistoric animals, ocean animals, safari animals and our friendly and helpful pets. It will be a week of animals everywhere! Campers rotate to 5 activity sessions a day working on badges, making crafts, playing games, singing songs and participating in program presentations. Campers will complete two badges at camp. Campers are placed in camper units by Girl Scout program levels.
YLGS Day camp places campers with adult volunteers first. Camper placement is not guaranteed for registrations unaccompanied by troop volunteers or other adult volunteers. If we are unable to place your camper, you will be notified by June 1 and camp fees will fully be refunded. Come spend the week or day with us and enjoy the magic of camp!
Adult volunteers: All adults at Yorba Linda Day Camp are volunteers! We need one adult volunteer for every 6 campers. Girl Scout day camp requires a lot of volunteers for the girls to have a great week at camp! Please come join us for a day or two or even the week at camp! Program activities at camp are led by older Girl Scouts, Volunteers help campers by encouraging them to try activities, making sure camper units are on time to activities and assist with other general camp activities. Everything is pre-planned giving you the chance to enjoy the magic of Girl Scouts. Volunteers must become registered members of Girl Scouts, fingerprinted, and complete California mandated youth volunteer supervision requirements. Who can volunteer parents, siblings over 18, grandparents, college students, aunts, and anyone else over 18 that meets the registration and mandate requirement.

One t-shirt is included with every registration except for adult volunteers volunteering less then 2 days. There will be extra t-shirts available for purchase at $10 per t-shirt.

*Boy campers may only attend with their adult volunteer parent or guardian on the days they are volunteering at camp and must be at least 5 years old at the time of camp
Health history and other camp forms will be collected through CampDoc.com, a secure and easy-to use electronic health record system for camps. Look for an invitation email from CampDoc.com approximately one week after registration is completed. All forms must be completed 2 weeks prior to Day Camp.
This event accepts Cookie Dough, OC Bucks, and Juliette Dollars! Girls must complete online registration and pay in full. Then submit cookie dough to the camp director.
