Girls will be placed in the order received, with priority given to campers of full-time adult volunteers and troops who satisfy their volunteer requirement.
MEALS – This service is available to anyone attending camp and is optional. Lunch will be brought in or made at camp, Monday – Friday. Meals include a main dish, side dish, dessert and drink. Sorry we are unable to provide an alternative for those with allergy or dietary restrictions. Meals preordered during registration are $5/day Monday- Friday. Meals purchased the day of camp will be $6/day.
A daily gluten-free snack is provided to all participants. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, so please plan accordingly.
Optional Wednesday Overnight Campout:
$20 per camper or $10 per Adult/Camp Aide (no Pixies or Boys)
This sleepover is for Girl Scouts, Camp Aides and Adults. (Sorry, NO boys or pixies.) The overnight includes activities, dinner, nighttime stargazing activities, and breakfast. This is a troop activity. Two troop helpers (one must be the troop’s tent trained adult) per troop must attend. Girls cannot attend individually. Troop adults are responsible for supervising their girls from 2pm Wednesday to 9am Thursday when regular camp resumes. Troops are responsible for bringing their own tents & sleeping gear.
Adult Volunteers:
Volunteers are essential for the supervision and success of Day Camp. We require one full-time volunteer per five campers. Troops may fill their requirement by sending two different volunteers on alternate days. Volunteers do not have to be troop leaders, but they must be registered Girl Scouts. Adult volunteers will attend a training meeting on Sunday, June 11 to cover adult responsibilities, day camp plans and rules, and emergency plans.
One t-shirt is included with every registration. Extra t-shirts are available for purchase at $15 per t-shirt.
