Ahoy, Senior & Ambassador Mariners! 

Set sail for an unforgettable weekend at GAM at Newport Dunes! Get ready to paddle through an action-packed weekend filled with nautical fun, friendly competition, and bonding with Girl Scouts who love the water as much as you do! 

  • Camp Out Under the Stars: Pitch your tent and enjoy the ultimate camp experience by the bay. 
  • Test Your Skills: Compete in thrilling challenges like canoeing, kayaking, knot-tying, compass navigation, relative bearing, and more! 
  • Make Waves: Whether you're in it to win it or just want to enjoy the ride, a competitive spirit is welcome, but good sportsmanship is a must! 

This is your chance to show off your mariner skills, learn new ones, and connect with friends old and new for an epic weekend of fun on the water. Don’t miss it! 

 

Event Fee per person (Girl Scout and adult):  

  • $55 In Council member
  • $65 Out of Council members

Friday night dinner (optional): $10 per participant.

 

OD (Office of the Deck) Meeting will be held via zoom,

*This event is open to troops, Juliettes, and those with an active membership awaiting placement in a troop!

This event accepts GSOC Cookie Dough, GSOC OC Bucks, and GSOC Juliette Dollars! Girl Scouts must complete online registration and pay deposit (if applicable) or in full. Then fill out the Reimbursement form prior to participating in the event.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event and are subject to a $5 administrative fee. Cancellation requests must be in writing to customercare@girlscoutsoc.org. Please include: Participant's Name, Event Name and Event Date. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted within 2 weeks of the event. If a program is cancelled by GSOC, all refunds will be paid in full. No-shows are non-refundable.
