Girl Scout and Adult Volunteers Needed!

January 11, 2026 - In-person event 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Location: Great Wolf Lodge Anaheim, located in Garden Grove

$9 per Girl Scout/Adult Volunteer

Girl Scouts may volunteer as a Troop, Group, or Individual Girl Scout.

All Adult Volunteers MUST have a Girl Scout Membership, completed name-based background screening and Mandated Reporter Training.

Each Girl Scout must have an adult registered for Kickoff and attending the event. 

This is not a drop-off event.

*Girl Scout Volunteers must be at the Junior-Ambassador level (5th-12th graders only).

**Carpooling is strongly recommended as parking is limited**

 

  • Registration includes:
    • Cookie Kickoff T-shirt if registered by December 1st.
    • Volunteer thank you and exclusive patch.

Accommodation Requests: Girl Scouts of Orange County welcomes the participation of ALL girl scouts and adults and aims to make our activities accessible for people with disabilities or specific needs. A confirmation email with all event details will be sent to those registered at least 7 days before the event. If you have any questions, please email customercare@girlscoutsoc.org.

This event accepts GSOC Cookie Dough, GSOC OC Bucks, and GSOC Juliette Dollars! Girls must complete online registration and pay in full. Then fill out the Reimbursement form prior to participating in the event.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellation requests must be in writing to customercare@girlscoutsoc.org. Please include: Participant's Name, Event Name and Event Date. If an event is cancelled by GSOC, all refunds will be paid in full. This event is non-refundable.
