Howdy Partner! Hop on your trusty pony and ride out to the wild, wild, west at Tustin Twilight Camp as we are Back in the Saddle Again.
Get outside for four fun days with your old and new Girl Scout friends enjoying crafts, games, songs, and more. Invite your non-Girl Scout friends to attend too.
It is super easy to join Girl Scouts so you can enjoy Tustin Twilight Camp this summer
Campers and Youth Staff may only register if they have an adult volunteer also registering. Please contact the Camp Director for additional information twilightcamp@cox.net
Registration is limited! Girls will be placed in the order their completed registration is received, with priority given to campers of full-time adult volunteers.
Adult Volunteers: Adult volunteers are essential for the supervision and success of Twilight Camp. No experience is needed-we provide training. We are accepting both part-time and full-time volunteers. Part-time volunteers must volunteer at least 2 full days or at least 4 half days. Adults who fulfill their volunteer commitment will be reimbursed their participation fee minus $15 to cover t-shirt, hat and patch via an Amazon gift card. Campers with a full-time volunteer will receive a significant discount (see additional information below*) The camper discount will be issued via an Amazon gift card if the full-time adult volunteer fulfills their volunteer commitment. No discount is given for campers of part-time volunteers.
One t-shirt is included with every registration. Extra t-shirts are available for purchase at $10 per t-shirt.

*Full time adult volunteers who fulfill their full-time volunteer commitment will be reimbursed $35
each for 2 Girl Scout campers and $15 for any additional Girl Scout campers.
**Pixie and Boy campers may only attend with their adult volunteer parent or guardian on days they
are volunteering at camp**
To finalize your registration:
1) Campers, Boys/Pixies. Your submission will be complete upon payment.
2) Girl Volunteers: You will be sent an email with additional online registration forms that must be completed within 7 days of payment.
3) Adult volunteers will be emailed additional Twilight Camp online and paper registration forms that must be completed within 7 days of payment. All adult volunteers will need to be registered, adult Girl Scouts; pass a GSOC background screening including finger printing; and complete State of California Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training. Information regarding the background screening, finger printing and mandatory reporter training will be emailed to you prior to camp in the next several weeks.

REFUND POLICY
Full refunds will only be given if we CANNOT place a camper. If a camper withdraws by May 23, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be made after May 23. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by May 23 via email to tustintwilightcamp@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation when the refund request has been received. If you do not get a confirmation, your refund request has not been received.
If your child or children need to withdraw after May 23, please let us know so we can possibly admit other campers to attend. Please send an email to tustintwilightcamp@gmail.com
COVID-19: Registrants will be notified if the decision is made to cancel Tustin Twilight Camp this summer due to recommendations from local and national health authorities. In the event of cancellation by GSOC, all registrants will receive a full refund.
