Cookie Rewards Information

This Cookie Season, you can earn special rewards when you shop Cookie Merchandise!

Rewards are based on your total Cookie Merchandise purchase amount (before tax).

Only Cookie Merchandise qualifies you for the Cookie Rewards. If you place an order with regular shop merchandise along with Cookie Merchandise, transactions will be separated and only the cookie merchandise will be totaled to determine your rewards.

How You’ll Receive Your Rewards

Because Doubleknot (this website) does not support selecting reward items at checkout, our team will help with that part!

• Picking up in-store? You’ll choose your Tier 1 patch and (if applicable) Tier 2 pin when you pick up your order.
• Having your order shipped? A team member will email you after your order is placed to confirm your patch and/or pin choices before we process your shipment.

Rewards become available starting November 25, 2025.
