DESCRIPTION:GAM   \n  \n May 3-5, 2024, Newport Dunes \n  \n  \n Levels: Seniors & Ambassadors \n  \n  \n Calling all Senior and Ambassador Mariners! Join us for another year of GAM. This is a weekend of nautical and water, fun awaits you all! \n  \n  \n This tent camping, and fun competitive event for Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts is held at Newport Dunes annually. Troops come out and compete against each other in swimming, boating, knots, compass, relative bearing and more. It is a great time for older girls to see each other and spend a weekend having fun on the water. A competitive spirit is optional, but good sportsmanship is required.  \n  \n  \n  \n 	Event fee: $55 per participant (girl and adult) in Council members/ $65 Out of Council members \n 	Friday night dinner (optional): $10 per participant. \n  \n  \n OD (Office of the Deck) Meeting will be held via zoom,  \n  \n  \n Monday, March 11 at 6pm Virtual OD meeting for new troops and returning troop to get updated event information and have any and all questions answered.  \n  \n Monday, April 8 at 6pm Virtual OD meeting for new troops and returning troop to get updated event information and have any and all questions answered.  \n  \n  \n Attendance at one or the other will be required, but not both. \n  \n  \n For more information or questions please email ejohnson@girlscoutsoc.org \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n 	GSOC follows current CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
