At Girl Scouts, we believe every child should have the chance to experience camp-no matter their financial situation. Camp Scherman uses flexible, membership-style pricing system with three tiers so families can choose the option that best fits their needs.
- GSOC Girl Scouts may select Tier 1, our most subsidized rate, or Tier 3, which reflects the true cost of operating summer sleepaway camp.
- Visiting Girl Scouts from other councils may choose Tier 2, a subsidized rate for non-GSOC members, or Tier 3.
Families are encouraged to choose the tier that aligns with their membership type and financial comfort. All selections are completely confidential and do not affect the camp experience in any way. No matter which tier you choose, every camper receives the same high-quality, memorable Camp Scherman experience.
