Join us for a leadership and service opportunity to run Day Camp as a Camp Aide. Camp Aides lead units and run stations such as games, crafts, music and STEM for Girl Scouts in grades K-6. It will be an exciting adventure through the eras of time. Camp Aides must apply to Lake Forest Day prior to registering online and should attend planning meetings. Cam Aides will be given a letter documenting their service hours at the conclusion of camp. Contact lfdaycamp@gmail.com for info.  

MEALS: Optional lunch service is available to anyone attending camp. Lunch will be brought in or made at camp, Monday – Friday. Meals include a main dish, side dish, dessert and drink. Meals preordered during registration are $5/day. Meals purchased the day of camp will be $6/day.

A daily snack is provided to all participants. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, so please plan accordingly.

Optional Thursday Overnight Campout: $15 per Camp Aide (no Pixies or Boys). Adult chaperones needed for safety-wise ratio camp for free.

This sleepover is for Girl Scouts, Camp Aides and Adults only. (Sorry, NO boys or pixies.) The overnight includes activities, dinner, and breakfast. This is a troop activity. Two troop helpers (one must be the troop’s tent trained adult) per troop must attend. Girls cannot attend individually. Troop adults are responsible for supervising their girls from 2:30pm Thursday to 9am Friday when regular camp resumes. Troops are responsible for bringing their own tents & sleeping gear.

One t-shirt is included with every registration. Extra t-shirts are available for purchase at $15 per t-shirt. 
 

Youth Staff w/ full-time volunteer: $0 ($25 paid at time of registration. Adult will receive refund of $25 at the conclusion of camp. This benefit can apply to a maximum of two Girl Scouts per family.)

This event accepts GSOC Cookie Dough, GSOC OC Bucks, and GSOC Juliette Dollars! Girls must complete online registration and pay in full. Cookie Dough, OC Bucks and Juliette Dollars must be submitted to the camp director prior to the end of camp. You will receive a refund once the amount has been verified.
