Get ready to dive into an ocean of fun at the Ladera Valley 2026 Day Camp - a four-day Under the Sea-themed adventure your kids won't forget! Campers will explore days filled with fun songs, exciting discoveries, creative crafts, and action-packed games, all inspired by the wonders of the ocean.
On the final day, we'll wrap up our underwater adventure with a special celebration that's sure to leave everyone with memories of the best summer ever!
Adult Volunteers: Adult Volunteers Needed! We can't make a splash without YOU! Join our team of registered Gril Scout volunteers and help bring the magic of our Under the Sea adventure to life.
Special Camper Perk:
Be an adult volunteer for 3+ full days and you will receive a $50 rebate on your camper's registration.
- Limit: one discount per family
- Only 15 perks available per camp
- Rebate issued after camp once volunteer time is confirmed
To meet GSUSA safety ratios and ensure every girl has the opportunity to attend, we need a strong team of adult volunteers. Girls and troops who provide volunteers will be placed first, with additional campers accepted as ratios allow. Troops do not need to send the same volunteer each day-but all volunteer days must be covered to receive priority camp placement.

All volunteers attending Service Unit Day camps must complete a fingerprint-based background check and an online Mandated Reporter Training.
If you have not completed this process, email customercare@girlscoutsoc.org and put Mandated Reporter Training and/or Fingerprinting in the subject line.
The only exception to this is if you’re volunteering for only 1 day.
Why is this required?
Sixth Graders: Become a GEM Shadow! Sixth graders, here’s your chance for an exciting adventure! As a GEM Shadow, you’ll get to experience camp like a camper, while learning from the GEM counselors about what it takes to lead and inspire as a future GEM counselor. It’s a great opportunity to grow, have fun, and prepare for an amazing future at camp!
*Registration includes one t-shirt for every camper, youth staff and full-time adult volunteer who is working 3 or more days. Extra t-shirts are available for purchase at the cost of $15 per shirt.

***Pixie campers may only attend with their adult volunteer parent or guardian on days they are volunteering at camp.
Health history and other camp forms will be collected through CampDoc.com, a secure and easy-to use electronic health record system for camps. Look for an invitation email from CampDoc.com approximately one week after registration is completed. All forms must be completed 2 weeks prior to Day Camp.
This event accepts GSOC Cookie Dough, GSOC OC Bucks, and GSOC Juliette Dollars! Girls must complete online registration and pay in full. Cookie Dough, OC Bucks and Juliette Dollars must be submitted to the camp director prior to attending camp. You will receive a refund at the conclusion of camp and once the amount has been verified.
