Family Camp Weekend - February 17 - 19, 2023
Registration is open to ONLY 20 households (A Household is defined as people who reside in the same house)
Online registration is open to GSOC members, out of Council members, and non-members.
Enjoy a unique and relaxing weekend camp experience with your family. Explore wide-open spaces and enjoy staff-led activities for all ages, including hiking, crafts, games, archery, canoeing, and evening programming.
Attendees will stay in winterized semi-private Ranch House Cabins, with a shared restroom and sink area. Those who choose may stay in their own tent, RV, or camper instead of a cabin. Please note: there are no hookups for RVs and campers.
Four meals are included starting with Saturday breakfast and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Families are responsible for providing their own dinner on Friday.
There is no charge for children under four years of age, and all attendees must be registered for the family camp weekend.
Friday night optional program may include: a night hike and/or star gazing
Camps are dependent upon current COVID conditions and guidance from CDC and therefore subject to change, including but not limited to a shift to virtual instead of in-person, rescheduling, or cancellation. Current camp requirements include:
- Due to the ongoing transmission of Covid-19, all weekend participants (adults and children), regardless of their vaccination status will need to provide proof of a negative COVID test. This test can be a PCR or an at home rapid test. If taking a PCR test, it must be taken within 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival to camp. If taking an at home rapid test, it must be taken within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival to camp. You can bring the actual test showing your negative result or a photo of the negative result. Proof of the test must include the name of the individual taking the test and the date of the test.
- Masks are not required at this time. However, anyone wishing to wear a mask while at camp, may do so.
- Cabin occupants may be limited to one pod (household or troop)

Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel or receive a refund for Weekend Camp, a written request is required. Please email your request to CustomerCare@GirlScoutsOC.org or mail your request to GSOC. Please include the full names of those who cannot attend, the camp program name and the camp date.
More than 4 weeks prior to camp: Full refund minus $30 cancellation fee per person.
2-4 weeks prior to camp: 50% refund.
Less than 2 weeks prior to camp: No refund (except for medical reasons - must be approved by GSOC).
