Catalina Island Camp Weekend

Level: Cadette-Ambassador & Adult

Location: Catalina, CA

A Girl Scout weekend at Catalina Island Camp for Girl Scouts in 6th grade and up. Come as a Juliette Girl Scout with your adult or make it a troop weekend. Spend a weekend in beachside cabins and spend some time kayaking, hiking, and discovering the nearby trails, practicing archery, and challenging yourself on the climbing wall.

Event fees include camp activities facilitated by their camp staff, 5 meals starting with dinner on Friday and ending with breakfast on Sunday, and ferry transportation. This event will depart from San Pedro to Catalina Island Camp.

Specific departure and return times will be available as the date gets closer-usually between 2pm - 3pm. Please account for traffic and parking/checking in challenges.

Participants will depart Sunday morning from Catalina Island Camp between 10am - 11am, exact time will be determined as the weekend gets closer.

This is not a drop-off event. Registrations must have proper Girl Scout: adult ratios. All attendees must have a current Girl Scout membership.

Cost:

$140 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

GSOC members: $260

Out of Council members: $270

 

*This event is open to troops, Juliettes, and those with an active membership awaiting placement in a troop!

A confirmation email with all event details will be sent to those registered at least 7 days before the event. If you have any questions, please email customercare@girlscoutsoc.org

This event accepts GSOC Cookie Dough, GSOC OC Bucks, and GSOC Juliette Dollars! Girl Scouts must complete online registration and pay deposit (if applicable) or in full. Then fill out the Reimbursement form prior to participating in the event.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Cancellation requests must be in writing to CustomerCare@girlscoutsoc.org. Please include: Participant’s name, event name, and event date. Please note that the $140 deposit per person is non-refundable.

More than 4 weeks prior to camp: Full refund minus $140 deposit per person.

Less than 4 weeks prior to camp: No refund (except for medical reasons – must be approved by GSOC).
