“Counselor in Training I”
Girls entering 10th-11th grade
Discover your leadership talents and learn how to share them with children at one of the largest Girl Scout camps in the nation! Find out what being a camp counselor at Camp Scherman is all about. Program planning and other interactive skills will be shared while you explore your leadership style.
All CIT I participants will stay at camp through the weekends during their sessions.
All campers will have the opportunity to swim in the pool daily, as well as participate in traditional camp activities over the course of their session at Camp Scherman. Transportation to and from summer camp is provided by a charter bus company with experienced mountain drivers. All campers will receive a special edition Camp Scherman patch and come home with a 2017 Camp Scherman t-shirt.
